Start the Process

Sign up with Haus Au Pair to kick off your identity verification and we will send you an ID invite within 12 hours to get verified through Credas.

2.

Submit Your ID

Upload your identification documents, like your passport or national ID, on our platform via downloading the Credas app.

3.

Biometric Check

We use Credas to verify your identity with facial recognition and NFC technology, which reads the chip in your ID to confirm it's genuine.

4.

Legal Compliance

We run checks to ensure you're compliant with legal requirements, like AML and KYC to ensure all is up to standard.

5.

Get Verified

Once you have submitted your information, you'll receive confirmation of your verified status in as little as 12 hours via email when all checks are complete.

6.

Community Access
